After winning a national competition for a Polish electric car, Mateusz founded his own design studio, working closely with leading Italian firm Granstudio (Turin) and establishing a network of international collaborations.

After winning 1st prize at the Ferrari World Design Contest in 2011, he worked as an exterior designer for Audi, Volkswagen, and Genesis - leading concept and production projects across Germany, California, and Korea, with a focus on translating brand philosophy into form.
